Weather is so nice here in Arizona. Audrey and Brian spend a lot of time outside. Audrey even jumped into the swimming pool last week. Water is still cold but they can’t wait to swim! This is the first time I got to shot some family pictures in 2008.

Congratulation to the dance club of Desert Vista High School. The 100+ dancers did a wonderful job in the Viva Las Vegas show. This is the annual Spring Dance show of the dance club. All the dancers have spent hours and hours in preparation. Click the slideshow below to take a peek of the show. All the pictures will be available to view and purchase by next Sunday (4/6)

Attended the Good Friday service in GPCCC last week. It is a good reminder for me about the sacrifice Jesus has made…
Have the privilege to photograph the dance show performed by Desert Vista High School Dance Club. The title of this year’s dance is “Viva Las Vegas”. Over 100 dancers have been practicing for weeks. They’re rehearsing daily until the show go public on this Thursday and Friday. The dance teacher is Elizabeth. She used to be the instructor in Marilyn Bostic Ballet Centre. Can’t wait to shoot the show on this Thursday!

Gmail is a very popular webmail and I believe most of you have one or multiple gmail accounts. It has a lot of advantage over yahoo or hotmail. The interface is simple and fast. The mail search is extremely powerful. If you like me, want to archive those emails into your own computer. You would probably use some kind of email clients in your computer. I use Mozilla Thunderbird which is completely free, just like his sibling Firefox. Lately Gmail starts supporting IMAP, which makes it extremely powerful for using with offline email clients. However, setting up Thunderbird with Gmail is not straightforward. I found this link giving out the complete procedure to sync between your Gmail account(s) and Thunderbird. The neat things such as sent, trash folders sync. Labels in gmail syncs with folders in Thunderbird. Once you got it setup, it is extremely convenient.

The other cool thing I found from Google is the Google Apps. I just set it up in my upcoming “Kelvin Photographer” site.
