Cooking With The Stars!

November 10, 2010

I had the privilege to attend “Cooking With The Stars” charity event organized by Easter Seals Blake Foundation. It was held in one of the best restaurants in Tucson, Sakura Teppan Steak and Sushi. This is an annual fund raising event held by ESBF. Their goal is to help individuals and families with disability. Some of the Tucson’s entertainment celebrity and athletes as personal chef to those who participate in this event.

Marty Bishop - Wonderful! I'm so glad we had some professional shooters there, in addition to the cell phones and pocket cameras. These pictures are great. We've enjoyed looking at them. Marty Bishop -- Guest Chef at Cooking With The Stars (and broadcaster on 94.9 MIXfm)

Stephanie & Michael | Married

As a photographer, I need backup all the time…

Stephanie and Michael’s wedding was a surprise to me. We didn’t do consultation meeting. I didn’t photograph their engagement session. On their wedding day, while I was photographing a family portrait, it just so happened that they were getting married in the same area. They didn’t hire a photographer because they didn’t have time to do it. Stephanie & Mike decided to get married 3 days before their wedding. Stephanie just got her wedding dress ready the day before. Everything happened so quickly. They saw me photographing a family portrait and asked if I can photograph them. I was in stock…

I was shooting film that day and I didn’t have my digital cameras with me. After the family portrait session I only had two rolls of film left. With that two roll of films, I captured the celebration of Stephanie and Michael. I feel so blessed being able to do it!

Family Portrait: film photography

November 9, 2010

Yes, this portrait session is done by film camera. I have been photographing using film camera since early this year. I really love the color and the feel of images produced by film. Digital photography is very convenient. But I still cannot get the film feel from digital pictures. I now offer family portrait in film. Just let me know when you book the session if you are interested using film. You won’t be disappointed!
