Lately, everyday news is about economy going downhill, big corporation bailed out, layoffs and cost cutting. Stores having hard time to sell their products. Black Friday sales extended for a week. Everybody is going through a tough time right now. When we’re thinking how we can survive through this difficult times, everybody easily becomes self focus.

I pass by a blood donation vehicle by American Red Cross during lunch time. It reminds me that there are people out there have needs physically and financially. It’s a good reminder to me that we still need to give during the tough times. No matter how good or bad situation you are in, there are people worse than you in need.
